Canopy Management

The second event in the Follow the Grape series is Canopy Management. Our Winemaker, Corry and Vineyard Manager, Quintin, will guide participants through the steps of shoot trimming, leaf removal, and hedging. After working in the vineyard, guests will return to the Chandelier Room for a glass of wine and to learn about the unique ways in which other vineyards around the world manage their vines in France, New Zealand, and South Africa.
