75% Chambourcin and 25% Petit Verdot. This wine is medium plus in body and displays the best charastericstics of both grapes. It has the light aspects of the Chambourcin while having the darker fruit notes of the Petit Verdot to give it roundness and color. This is a very elegant wine to be best be enjoyed with lighter meals such as seared Tuna, Stir fry or stews.
