Port style, ruby in color and surprisingly smooth. Our Dusk is 100% Chambourcin, aged in whiskey barrels, and fortified with Brandy for 18 months to develop deep characteristics of brown sugar, blueberry, and baking spices.  Goes well with stilton or blue cheese, and of course…chocolate.
